SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In

ServIQ, operated by TechTrove Software Solutions LLC, is an AI phone receptionist for service businesses. As part of the Service, ServIQ sends transactional SMS text messages on behalf of the businesses that use it. This page describes the messaging program, exactly how recipients opt in (give consent), and your rights. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

1. Who receives messages & what we send (transactional only)

All messages are transactional and tied to a specific action the recipient took. There is no marketing content.

2. How you opt in (consent)

There are two opt-in paths, depending on who you are:

Path A — Business owners (at signup)

When a business owner signs up for ServIQ at serviq.tektrovesolutions.com, the onboarding form collects their business mobile number and shows an unchecked consent checkbox. The owner gives active consent by checking the box, which reads:

“I agree to receive transactional SMS from ServIQ at this number — service notifications and emergency-call alerts about my account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”

The box is unchecked by default; the owner must actively check it to opt in.

Path B — Callers (during the call)

When you call a business that uses ServIQ, the AI receptionist discloses that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. If you ask to book an appointment or leave a request, you provide your mobile number to the receptionist and agree to receive a single confirmation text about that booking or request. Providing your number for this purpose is your opt-in.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity (e.g., when you book or when a call comes in). These are one-off, event-driven messages — not a recurring campaign.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. ServIQ does not charge you for receiving these texts; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

5. Opt-out & help

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@serviqmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
