Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the ServIQ service (the “Service”) and is part of our Terms. By using the Service you agree to it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.

The Service is not an emergency service and must not be relied on to contact emergency responders (such as 911) or for any situation where failure or delay could lead to injury, death, or serious harm. It is intended for general business reception (e.g., home services) and is not designed for, and may not be used for, healthcare/HIPAA-regulated, financial, legal, or other regulated decision-making unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Your responsibility for callers

You are responsible for your callers and end users and for complying with all laws applicable to your calls, including obtaining any required call-recording consent and providing any required disclosure that an AI assistant is being used.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.
