This Privacy Policy describes how TechTrove Software Solutions LLC (“TechTrove,” “ServIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the ServIQ AI phone receptionist service (the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. It applies to our website, our customer dashboard, and the handling of phone calls answered by the Service. By using the Service or by calling a business that uses ServIQ, you acknowledge the practices described here.
ServIQ is a business-to-business service. This Policy covers two groups:

Calls answered by the Service are recorded and transcribed, and are processed by artificial-intelligence (AI) systems to understand the conversation, capture details, and book appointments. The AI assistant discloses at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call is recorded and transcribed. We use a third-party AI provider to process call audio for transcription and conversation only.
We perform speech-to-text transcription only. We do not create “voiceprints,” we do not use voice biometrics to identify callers, and we do not enroll your voice in any database for identification. AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors and should not be relied on as a verbatim record.
We do not use caller information for our own advertising, and we do not use it to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile information and phone numbers used for SMS — including a consumer’s consent to receive text messages — are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose information only to service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that restrict their use of the data to providing the service to us. Categories of recipients:
The current list of subprocessors is maintained at serviq.tektrovesolutions.com/subprocessors. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. For caller data, we share it with the business you called (the controller).

To exercise a right, email support@serviqmail.com or, if you are a business customer, use your dashboard. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). Callers: because the business you called controls your information, please also direct requests to that business; we will assist them.
Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar universal opt-out browser signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information.
We do not request sensitive information, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you or sell it. Because callers may mention sensitive details on a call, we minimize retention and restrict access. Where a state requires opt-in consent to process sensitive information we knowingly collect, we will obtain it.
The Service is intended for businesses and users 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a caller is under 13, we will delete that caller’s recording and transcript. A parent or guardian may request deletion by contacting us.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on ServIQ’s servers; we do not collect, store, or access your full card number or security code.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Call recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries are automatically deleted 30 days after the call. After that, we keep only basic call metadata (such as the date, status, and duration) needed for billing and analytics. Business customers can request earlier deletion of their data from the dashboard or by contacting us.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service uses AI to answer calls, capture information, and schedule appointments. It does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you (such as decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or healthcare). If this changes, we will provide any notice and opt-out rights required by law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
